We staff the apprentice tier of your crew.

Apprentice electricians, subcontracted to electrical contractors on long-run data center, industrial and energy projects. Our people work on your crews, under your journeymen, on your license. We don't bid your scope.

The Tier of the Crew Nobody Can Staff

Sweat Electric has been a family-run Kansas contractor since 2005. We supply apprentice electricians to other electrical contractors on projects that run for months, not weeks.

Our apprentices work on your crews, under your journeymen and master electricians, on your license. We handle recruiting, screening, state licensing, W-2 payroll, workers' compensation and benefits. And our people stay with us — so you train them once, not every rotation.

Data Centers

Advanced Solutions

We provide power infrastructure testing to assure performance and safety for all installations.

At Sweat Electric, we believe in the strength of reliable power infrastructure to support critical operational needs, paving the way for innovation and growth.

Our Mission

Our Commitment

We commit to the length of your job. Our apprentices are Sweat Electric W-2 employees who bring our workers' compensation and our safety program onto your site — and they stay for the duration, not for three weeks.

Trust

Our Promise

Every apprentice is a Sweat Electric W-2 employee. We carry general liability, auto and workers' compensation in the state of the work, and comp claims sit on our modifier rather than yours.

Compliance

Registered and Ready

Our apprentices are registered, and we complete whatever registration the state of the work requires before they mobilize. On site, they work only under the supervision that state's rules call for.

Continuity

The Same Crew

Agency labor rotates, and you retrain every few weeks. Ours doesn't. The apprentice on your job in month eighteen is the one you trained in month one.

Coverage

Anywhere in the Lower 48

We place apprentices anywhere in the lower 48, and we handle the state registration before they mobilize. Travel and per diem are set per project when we agree terms.
